Coming to the hairdresser's salon customers commonly have to wait for their turn, even if they had an appointment. Delays happen, in addition, someone can come in the meantime and be served.

We often come to hairdresser a little earlier. Therefore, every salon needs a waiting room. It's also a place when people with hair dyed are waiting  for the rest of the styling. What color in the waiting room?
